New Church Coaching is a craft that benefits from apprenticing with a Mentor Coach. By the end of the apprenticing period, the potential Path 1 Coach will have:

• 5 hours of coaching calls/live coaching experience (with debrief by Mentor Coach)
• Participated in an On-site assessment of church plant
• Facilitated in a Stakeholder meeting

This is one of the steps in the recommendation process.
