Path 1 Coaches create environments where primary stakeholders of the church planting project engage in discussion that results in appropriate and agreed upon benchmarks, lines of accountability and roles that move the project forward in healthy ways.

Join Christie and learn how to facilitate conversations among stakeholders to keep planting project decision- makers on the same path. There are two things that mark a stakeholder: they are invested in the success or failure of the project and they have radically different vantage points based upon their position and personal perspective.

This fast-paced experience includes strategies and tips to ensure shared expectations, clear commitments, and healthy communication among stakeholders of New Church Start Projects. Participants sharpen their understanding and skills via demonstrations, role plays, case studies and experiential learning.

While the context is New Church Starts, the training is useful for any leader responsible for getting stakeholders and teams on the same page and moving them forward together.
