- Effective management of progress and accountability
- Denominational savvy
- Strategic thinking
- Effective facilitation of behavioral change
- Organizational development
- Ability to resource across cultural contexts
- Knowledgeable in best practices for new church starts
These competencies are what we teach to and test for. Our recommendation process is more than a series of training components. Recommended Path 1 Coaches have demonstrated their proficiency in these competency areas applied to more than one new church start project.
